CFDA 2012

Hey Sweeties ^^, 
Yesterday evening (04. 06.) the CFDA Event was in New York City, Lincoln Center.
For those, who don´t know what CFDA is:
CFDA is for Council of Fashion Designers of America.
Getting one of the Swarovski - Awards is like getting an Oscar, in the Fashion - world, not in the Film - Business.
Guests like Anna Wintour or the Olsen - twins, Models like Doutzen Kroes or Erin Heatherton and Designer like Tommy Hilfiger and Mark Jacobs were there, best dresses!
Here are the Winners:
Tommy Hilfiger -> for his life
The Olsen - twins -> for their label "The Row"
Designer Phillip Lim -> for his talent
The blogger Scott Schuman & Garance Doré -> they became the "Media - Awards"

Gestern abend (04. 06.) fand das jährliche CFDA Event in New York City, im Lincoln Center, statt.

Für alle, die nicht wissen was das ist:
CFDA steht für Council of Fashion Designer of America.

Einen Swarovski - Award zu kriegen, ist wie einen Oscar, in der Modewelt, zu bekommen, nicht im Filmbusiness.

Gäste wie Anna Wintour oder die Olsen Zwillinge, Models wie z. B. Doutzen Kroes oder Erin Heatherton und Designer wie Tommy Hilfiger und Mark Jacobs waren anwesend.

Hier sind die Gewinner:

Designer Tommy Hilfiger -> er wurde für sein Lebenswerk geehrt

Die Olsen - Zwillinge -> wurden für ihr Label "the Row" geehrt

Designer Phillip Lim -> er bekam den Award für sein Talent

Die Blogger Scott Schuman & Garance Dore -> sie wurden für den "Media Award" ausgezeichnet

If you ask me, she was the most beautiful women of the whole night: Jessica Chastain, who was the presenter of the event, in Prabal Gurung.

Fashionweek-review N°3 New York

Hey Sweeties ^^, 
Today I have prepared the Fashionweek of NEW YORK!
You must know, in this one week, there were over 50 Shows, so I picked up my favourites:

Für heute habe ich euch etwas ganz Bestimmtes vorbereitet: Die Fashionweek von NEW YORK!

In dieser doch so kurzen und stressvollen Wochen liefen über 50 Shows, deswegen habe ich meine Favouriten heraus gepickt:

1) Tory Burch 
Typical style of Tory Burch, that means, very feminim and Lady - like.

2) Ralph Lauren
His inspiration was "Downtown Abbey": The designs had this special Lady Chic and met the Gentleman Style

3) Marchesa
The label showed us in this collection a certain aesthetic

 Mmh... I know this dress... you, too? I only say two things: Oscar night & Stacy Keibler...

4) Jeremy Scott
I would explain this creation like this: Hippie meets Bollywood...

 Strips...

 Partnerlook with the girl before...

 A monkey or something like this, in the hand of the model...

5) Vera Wang
She was inspired by the architecture... Let´s see, how it looks:

6) Oscar de la Renta
His designs are in good old pastel colors

 This is my personally favourite dress!

 7) Marc Jacobs
His collection was very mistery, but in the end, it was said, that his models were too young! Some of them were only 14 years old or something like this! Now he is in court, but he said, the parents of the models are guilty.

Opulent robes were the most of his designs:

9) Victoria Beckham
The mother of 4 kids showed us, that every mother could be although a buisness lady:

10) Tommy Hilfiger
This collection is made for stylish hunting

11) DKNY
The label showed us the typical New York streetstyle

 Uh lálá, something for Angelina Jolie and her leg...

13) Calvin Klein
And last but not least, the last show of the whole week of Calvin Klein. The colors were black, silver - metallic and red.
